Enable Full PII Scanning
The Telivy Agent requires users to grant permission in order to have full
access to a device's data. Follow the steps below to enable access:
Open
System Settings. Go to
Privacy & Security and locate the
Full Disk Access section
Find
Telivy.Scanner in the list of applications. Toggle on Full Disk Access for Telivy.Scanner.
After toggling, the user will be prompted to enter credentials to confirm the change. Once confirmed, Telivy will be able to scan all files and provide more accurate results.
Enable Full Password Scanning
The Telivy Agent requires users to grant permission in order to inspect device Keychain passwords. Follow the steps below to enable access:
Open
Finder and navigate to the
Applications folder. Select
Telivy.Scanner.Mac, once opened, it will trigger a setup mode.
A prompt will appear requesting access to the user's
Keychain for each Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera, etc.). Enter the password and choose
“Always Allow” for accurate and comprehensive scan results.
